This base is a minimum of 26 Rockets with no bunker. The base has so many cool features including an oil refinery inside, automatic turrets to help you door campus, or even an online raid. The Peaks on this base are not the best, but as a solo they work perfectly. You even have room for a heli on top. This base is so cheap to build and it has loads of storage.
