New meta double bunkered 2x1 rust base design.

This base uses the new meta bunker and a triangle half wall roof bunker to make raid through doors nearly impossible. It has a double bunker design. It costs 29,000 stone, 9,400 metal frags, and 370 HQM to build. The upkeep is 5,376 stone, 1,445 metal frags, and 62 HQM. It has the potential of costing 28 rockets to raid through the most efficient way. Raiding through the doors could cost up to 48 rockets. The base is designed to be offline protected.
