TORTOISE - Simple 2X2 Shell Expansion for TRIO/QUAD

THE TORTOISE 2X2 - A simple and easy expansion for a 2x2 shell footprint, for snowballers or small groups. Regardless of its simple bunker-less starter core, the base evolves to have a decent raid cost. It has a manageable upkeep for the size of the base. This base offers a range of shooting floor areas, peek down and retake peeks connected to respawn points. It also has great shooting floor angles and mobility between shooting floors. Pair this with 8 flank bedrooms and lots of storage space, it makes the TORTOISE one of my best TRIO/QUAD 2X2 shell base designs. It has a raid cost of approximately 44+ rockets for the core + top loot room and the 4x hidden locker loot rooms. (This excludes raiding externals)
